Marta Chyczij (Ph.D.) is a management consultant with extensive experience in providing customized solutions for industry specific applications. She applies an analytical approach to help clients make informed decisions and has a proven track record in the design and implementation of a diversity of projects both domestically and internationally within a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, the Airline and Transportation Sectors, Utilities, and a variety of additional Private and Public Sector Organizations.
In addition to her career activities, Marta is also actively involved in voluntary humanitarian and development pursuits in Canada and Ukraine. In Canada, some of Marta’s activities have included: local and national student club executive; youth counselor; camp director; tutor; programme design and development; facilitator; trainer; local, national and international scouting executive; community event planning and organization; municipal and federal elections; ongoing member of Plast, Help Us Help The Children, and Children of Chornobyl Canadian Fund. Marta has also designed and implemented several development projects in Ukraine - including: humanitarian relief and development within the orphanage system; government reforms within the orphanage system; summer camp programme for orphaned children; guest instructor at a university; NGO development; leadership training; election monitoring and organization of international observers.
