The Canada-Ukraine Foundation (CUF) is seeking a talented and motivated individual for a maternity backfill of our Executive Coordinator.
CUF was formed to coordinate, develop, organize and deliver assistance projects generated by Canadians and directed to Ukraine. Established as a national charitable foundation that would coordinate with Canadian organizations that have projects in Ukraine, as well as other projects in Canada, CUF has delivered and supported projects and programs including, but not limited to, the areas of healthcare, education and civil society.
CUF is looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and experience for a temporary maternity backfill for a one year term. The Executive Coordinator position is based in Toronto and reports to the CUF Executive Committee, specifically CUF’s Chief Operating Officer, and works closely with the Executive in the areas of fundraising, office administration, and stakeholder management.

Canada-Ukraine Foundation is looking for an HR specialist to coordinate personnel management. The HR specialist will take ownership of all HR matters across the Foundation from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Canada-Ukraine Foundation (CUF) is looking for two part-time Administrative Assistants. The incumbents will work out of the CUF head office located at 620 Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON. The length of the term will be for a period of six months for up to 30 hours per week starting asap.
CUF was formed to coordinate, develop, organize and deliver assistance projects generated by Canadians and directed to Ukraine. Established as a national charitable foundation that would coordinate with Canadian organizations that have projects in Ukraine, as well as other projects in Canada, CUF has delivered and supported projects and programs including, but not limited to, the areas of healthcare, education and civil society.
CUF is looking for someone with energy, flexibility, and experience who is detail oriented to assist with the daily operations of the CUF office. The Administrative Assistants will report to the Executive Coordinator and/or the Communications Coordinator.
