1. Organization’s Legal Status and Governance
1.1. Is the organization legally incorporated in Canada or in another country?

2. Experience and Capacity
2.1 Does the organization have at least three (3) recent consecutive years of experience delivering similar projects?

2.2. CUF can request copies of two (2) recent (within the last three (3) consecutive years) project evaluations or institutional assessments.

3. No Military Assistance in Any Form
The Foundation requires that its partners guarantee that funding shall not knowingly be used to benefit military entities or individual members of these groups, or for military activities, either directly or indirectly.

4.1. Organization can provide Board-approved reviewed financial statements for the past two (2) consecutive years when requested by CUF.
